A new module must be paired with the vehicle. Parts such as a throttle body, steering angle sensor, or battery often require a relearn procedure. Without this step, the new part will not function as intended.

Performance tuning that deviates from manufacturer specifications may affect your warranty, emissions, and reliability. This should be addressed beforehand, not after.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Manufacturers release patches for known issues, such as gear shifting, idle management, or false warning lights. An update can often resolve a symptom without needing to replace any parts.
An official manufacturer update will not. However, a performance tune that modifies original factory settings can lead a manufacturer to deny a claim related to that modification.
This is why we stabilize the voltage during the operation and back up the configuration beforehand. An interruption can render a module unusable; we have the equipment and preparation in place to prevent this scenario.
It depends on the vehicle: some modules are VIN-locked and must be brand new, while others accept a reconfigurable used unit. We verify this before ordering.
Almost always. The file comes directly from the manufacturer's server, is linked to the vehicle's VIN, and requires a licensed connection. Generic software cannot replace this step on modern vehicles.
